The Reclay StewardEdge (RSE) Board of Directors has appointed Ken Friesen as President of Reclay StewardEdge Inc., a company that strives to inspire and support company leaders to implement leading edge stewardship solutions.
Toronto, ON, 22.10.2015 - Reclay Group and StewardEdge (Canada and USA) Join Forces StewardEdge selling a majority of shares to the Reclay Group
StewardEdge and its shareholders have signed a letter of intent, subject to final legal agreements, to sell a majority of shares in the company to the Reclay Group. The transaction is expected to be completed by November 1, 2012. The primary objective of the deal with the Reclay Group is to better position both companies for growth. By joining forces with the Reclay Group, we will have an increased capacity to provide clients with a wider range of sustainability services across a broader range of geographic regions.
