  • Cologne, 31 August 2017 - Reclay terminates clearing agreements

    Today, the REclay Group terminated the existing clearing agreements

    The termination come into effect on 31 December 2017. This step had become necessary as, even in the last session of the “Gemeinsame Stelle dualer Systeme Deutschlands GmbH” (the joint office of the dual systems in Germany), no consensus was reached before the notice period between all ten dual systems about new agreements.

  • Cologne, 19 July 2017 - EUWID report on irregularities in volume records

    According to information in the latest issue of the specialist trade publication EUWID, there are significant differences between the dual system numbers for 2016 recorded by the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) and the actual volumes registered at the clearing office.

  • Cologne/Koper, 23.05.2017 - Reclay expands into eastern Europe

    New organisation for plastics recycling in Slovenia

    The Reclay Group is extending its activities in eastern Europe. The Cologne-based corporation has taken over the company Trans Impeks d.o.o. which has its headquarters in Koper, Slovenia. The company will be renamed Reclay Materials d.o.o. in the next few days.

    With LÉKO, Reclay provides first-ever alternative to current monopoly

    For the very first time, there will be competition in the French packaging licensing sector. The Reclay Group has received approval from the Ministry of the Environment for the LÉKO take-back and recycling scheme.
