Time for negation...

...was how we saw it as we terminated the clearing agreements. After month-long, difficult negotiations, with meetings nearly every day in the end without any result, it was about time to do something about the urgency of preparing new agreements for fair competition.

However, the reaction of Noventiz must be seen as a sign that reality has been lost. An announcement of the company reads as follows: “Pulling out of the agreements in no way solves the problem. Only turning away from the anti-competitive practices of the past permanently can bring significant changes for the future. We see this as a wrong move and continue to advocate constructive dialogue between all participating system operators”. What may sound reasonable to external parties, makes those involved in the negotiations choke back their anger. Because of all the systems, this was the one that, along with two others, refused any cooperation, rejected every constructive suggestion and itself contributed nothing to the solution of the problem.
